KAPAK MERAH X terbentuk ditengah-tengah komuntas Probolinggo Metalheads Circle. Merupakan band side project dari Fear Epidemic (probolinggo) dan The Blackgoats (probolinggo) dan terbentuk pada pertengahan 2008. Munculah ide dari Tylun (Fear Epidemic), Indra (Fear Epidemic) bersama Erwin (The Blackgoats) dan Wisnu, terciptalah formasi pertama dengan menganut genre Guttural-Groove/Slamming Death Metal. Setelah beberapa berganti personil akhirnya tercipta line up yang solid dengan Tylun (vockill), Erwin(drum), Oix (lead Guitar), Aam(guitar), Chelsea(bass) yang mulai memuntahkan beberapa materi-materi perusak gendang telinga para pendengarnya.KAPAK MERAH X formed in the midst of a community Probolinggo Metalheads Circle.
